Call and text as much as you need. That is the point of a flat fee — you should never have to weigh whether a question is worth the bill. Because the model depends on being available, we take on a limited number of retainer clients at a time.

Retainers cover ordinary-course legal work; litigation and large one-off projects are quoted separately. There is no term commitment — retainers run month to month, billed in advance, and end at the close of a 30-day notice period.
Beyond the Retainer
When the work needs someone else, we still handle it.
No single lawyer covers everything, and any firm that tells you otherwise is selling something. Some matters need a litigator, a tax specialist, counsel admitted in another state. Those come to us first, and we bring in the right person rather than sending you to find one.
We have negotiated rates with the outside counsel and specialists we work with, below what those firms quote directly. Clients get that pricing, and nothing is added on our end for managing it.
